摘要

•This study evaluated the prevalence of UARS based on the EPISONO sample.•UARS diagnostic criteria: AHI < 5, SpO2 ≥ 92%, AFL ≥ 5% of TTS, and sleepiness or fatigue.•The estimated prevalence of UARS in the city of São Paulo: 3.1% (CI95: 1.9–4.2%).•UARS is more prevalent among non-obese women and decreases with advancing age.
