Research advances in anti-hepatitis C virus drugs

Hepatitis C(HC)is a communicable disease with high morbidity and high mortality.Approximately 180million people are infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV)across the globe,however,there is still no effective treatment.This review gives an outline of the research advances in anti-HCV drugs,including interferon combined with ribavirin,specific targeted therapy drugs,immune modulators and so on.
