Interaction and combined administration of analgesic drugs could enhance the analgesic effects,reduce the side effects,improve the patients' drugs compliance. But the combination of analgesic drugs were applied only by clinical experience, the clinical researches were seldom. The objective of this article is to introduce the methods of clinical application of interaction and combination of analgesic drugs, so as to apply them more reasonable.
