摘要
The content of Cr in 5 kinds of mature Chinese herbal medicines and the soil from their roots were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry with microwave digestion and compared with high-temperature ashing for sample treatment. The Cr content in Chinese herbal medicines were significantly higher than that of Cr content in soil except for radix glycyrrhiza. Biological mobility exists in the transfer of Cr from soil to Chinese herbal medicines and biological mobility from strong to weak is radix bupleuri, radix glycyrrhiza, radix engelica sinensis, radix isatidis, radix glycyrrhiza. The average relative standard deviation of results is respectively 0.06% and 0.50% for chinese herbal medicines and soil. The recovery of all samples is between 94% and 105%.
