Fig. 4. Positive immunofluorescence (green colour) after incubation with affinity-purified IgG from sera of patients with positive autoimmune reactivity. Immunofluorescence was indicated on cultivated cardiomyocytes. Especially the extension but also the surface of the cardiomyocyte were stained. The part over the nucleus (yellow colour) and at the prenuclear region is without specific fluorescence. Incubations with non-immune sera as controls are without immunofluorescence. Bar=20 pm.
