Business model analysis for the scope of entrepreneurship in a solar drying field in the European region

The transition towards using renewable sources of energy from traditional sources is inevitable in the 21st century. Many agro-based industries are now developing innovative solutions to transform their energy utility. These modern approaches are not only energy saving but economical also. In this study, the authors investigated the potential role of solar drying in the entrepreneurship of low and mid-scale agriculture-based businesses. The business canvas model and value proposition canvas are analyzed to understand better the business development related to solar dryers. The article proposes using a P-graph for cost-effectiveness and process optimization in business models related to solar drying.
