Solving and Analysing Tumor–Immune Interaction Model by Generalized Differential Transformation Method

摘要
In this paper, a five-dimensional treatment model of a tumor–immune interaction system is considered. The main purpose of the study is to obtain the approximate solution of the treatment model by using the generalized differential transformation method (GDTM). The GDTM is the combination of three basic concepts or methods of mathematics namely the differential transformation method, the Laplace transform, and the Padé Approximant. The main advantage of GDTM is its reliable and simple approach to solving the system of equations directly without the requirement of huge computational work. GDTM helps in finding the approximate solution of the system and enlarges the domain of convergence also. To analyze the approximate solutions calculated by using GDTM, numerical simulation and graphical representation are also performed.
