摘要

•A deep learning tool was developed to differentiate facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy from myositis using muscle MRI.•This deep learning tool does not require segmentation or manual grading of signal changes in each muscle.•The diagnostic performance of the deep learning tool is equivalent to that of two radiologists.
