摘要
Changes of expression profile of exosomal tRF in ALI mice. LPS induced alveolar macrophage-derived exosomes transfer tRF-22-8BWS7K092 to MLE-12 cells, next, tRF-22-8BWS7K092 binds Wnt5B to increase the levels of MDA and ROS, resulting in decreased expression of GPX4 and FTH1, and finally promote ferroptosis in MLE-12 cells.
