After announced carbon neutrality targets, more homework ahead for research

By January 2022,more than 130 countries announced their carbon neutrality target by 2050 or before 2060,with more than 80％of global emissions,making it possible to achieve the Paris Agreement targets.Base on the IEA(2021),COP26 climate pledges could help limit global warming to 1.8℃,but implementing them will be the key.This is a big change by looking back the history of human being's action on climate change.
