摘要

•C-PC F chain binds to cell proliferation and invasion proteins in in silico analysis.•C-PC decreased the cellular proliferation of B16F10 melanoma cell line.•Migration of melanoma cells was decreased after treatment with C-PC.•F-chain of C-PC is possibly responsible for the effects of this molecule.•C-PC was not cytotoxic to melan-a non-tumoral melanocytes cell line.
