摘要
•The urine SERS spectra from liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and healthy person is different.•The urine SERS spectra combined with SVM algorithm has great potential to be developed for the diagnosis of HCC and liver cirrhosis.•The diagnostic sensitivity for HCC of urine SERS technology combined with SVM algorithm is better than the one of serum AFP method, which was used widely in clinical diagnosis for HCC.
