•A complete dynamic frequency slot check mechanism affected by crosstalk is shown.•From a new perspective of spectrum resources, their crosstalk effect is abstracted.•The resource-oriented RMCSA scheme with low crosstalk effect is proposed.•Low-netwXT can reduce the blocking probability of future requests.
