摘要

•Vitamin K is related to CAC progression in middle-aged and elderly people.•Significantly lower serum VK1 level was found in patients with CACS > 400.•The effect of VK1 on CACS was only found in those who already had calcification.•CAC Score is an independent factor contributing to the presence of CHD.
