Effect of illumination and applied potential on the electrochemical impedance spectra in triple cation (FA/MA/Cs) 3D and 2D/3D perovskite solar cells

摘要
•We used electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique to analyze the charge dynamics in 3D and 2D/3D perovskite solar cells.•The charge transfer resistance (Rct) of 3D and 2D/3D sample showed opposite trend at 0 V in illumination.•3D sample started showing resistive behavior after 5000 h of aging, indicating degradation.•A negative capacitance feature appeared in dark conditions at high applied potentials only.
