Social Choice Rules, Fallback Bargaining, and Related Games in Common Resource Conflicts

•We applied social choice rules to the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution outcomes.•We introduced the Related game, Leading game, and Consequential game concepts.•The presented algorithm is applied to two water resource conflicts.•Our case studies are on the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers and the Shatt al-Arab River.•Agents and policymakers can use the proposed model and corresponding analyses.
