摘要
Metamaterial has been a burgeoning field of research over the last two decades. Recent demonstrations are focused on functional active metamaterials devices. In this talk, I will present the thinnest YBCO superconductor metamaterial at terahertz frequencies that possesses unprecedented features of giant kinetic inductance, frequency agility, ultrafast switching, and ultrasensitive modulation of terahertz waves.
