Non-fragile fuzzy mobile control for nonlinear parabolic distributed parameter processes with random packet losses

This paper solves the non-fragile fuzzy mobile control design problem for nonlinear distributed parameter processes (DPPs) with random packet losses based on the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model. Considering the limited bandwidth of the transmission channels, the random packet losses obeying the Bernoulli random binary distribution may occur simultaneously in the communication channels from the sensor to controller and from the controller to actuator. Initially, a T-S fuzzy model is adopted to describe the nonlinear DPP. Subsequently, in light of the obtained T-S fuzzy model, a design idea containing the non-fragile fuzzy control and mobile actuator/sensor guidance is presented. Then, by the Lyapunov direct method, for all possible random packet losses, a membership-function-dependent integrated design method of non-fragile fuzzy controllers and actuator/sensor guidance laws is given, such that the resulting closed-loop DPP is mean square exponentially stable. At last, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by numerical simulations.
