Hot compression behaviors and microstructural evolution of Mo-42 wt% Re alloy
MATERIALS LETTERS(2022)
摘要
The uniaxial compression behavior and microstructure evolution of Mo-42 wt%Re alloy at 1200 K, 1350 K, and 1500 K was investigated. The results show that the true stress-true strain curves are all convex and the plastic deformations of the Mo-42 wt%Re alloy are both dominated by slip. No obvious dynamic recrystallization occurred in all compression samples. The work hardening rate gradually decreases as the amount of compression deformation increases and then tends to be stable with the increase of deformation after a certain true strain. The percentage of small-angle grain boundaries between 2 degrees and 15 degrees gradually increases with the increase of compression deformation at the same compression temperature. However, the percentage of small-angle grain boundaries of 2-15 degrees after the same compression deformation gradually decreases with the increase of compression temperature.
