摘要
Differentiated somatic cells can be reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)by overexpression of specific tran-scription factors,such as Yamanaka factors(Oct4,Sox2,Klf4,and c-Myc,abbreviated as OSKM).iPSCs hold great promise for broad clinical application due to their extraordinary ability to self-renew and differentiate into different functional cell types.
