•The fabricated osteoinductive bioscaffold provided mechanical support and resisted physical stress for bone tissue regeneration.•The human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell–derived matrisome promoted osteogenesis.•Human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells adhered to the collagen-fibrin matrix, which promoted osteogenic differentiation.•The polycaprolactone/collagen-fibrin/human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell–derived matrisome scaffold accelerated a vascularized new bone regeneration in vivo.
