摘要
•MTTs have more deposition of nanoparticles than a single TT.•The nanoparticle deposition increases with decreasing twist ratio and increasing TT number.•The particle deposition velocity can be enhanced to 13.7 times by MTTs.•Fouling resistance decreases with the increasing Reynolds number.•Particles between 50 nm and 100 nm cause comparable fouling resistance.
