Evidence of Eoarchean crust beneath the Yakutian kimberlite province in the Siberian craton

•For the first time in crustal xenoliths from Yakutian kimberlites, zircon ages of 3.22–3.15 Ga have been established.•Zircons with the most primitive hafnium ratios (0.28047–0.280661) give Eoarchean TCHURC ages.•The data imply 4 main stages in the evolution of the Archean crust of Anabar tectonic province (3,2, 2,9, 2,8–2,7, 1,9 Ga).
