摘要

•Developing & validating a simple real time assay to detect SARS-CoV-2 is a need.•A simple real time LAMP assay is developed & validated for screening SARS-CoV-2.•Assay has a sensitivity of 86% & specificity of 100% compared to the real time PCR.•Assay will be useful to screen large number of samples saving the time & cost.
