摘要
In India, given its huge population and rapid rise in chronic kidney disease (CKD) risk factors such as diabetes and hypertension, the rising incidence of CKD is likely to pose major problems for both healthcare and economy in future years. Unfortunately, there is paucity of information on CKD screening programs in rural India. The main objective of this pilot study was to test the effectiveness of a targeted screening program for early stages CKD in Manali, Himachal Pradesh (HP).
