Optimal Selection of Electrical Access Nodes for EV Charging Facilities Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In the process of business expanding of electric vehicle charging facility integrated to distribution system, the access impact of different electrical nodes on the distribution network is considered, and then the optimal scheme of charging facility electrical access nodes is selected. The evaluation index system of the impact of charging facilities access to distribution network is given, and the index value of each access scheme is calculated. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method considering time series is proposed, the score of evaluation index system is calculated based on the similarity measures between Vague values. The above access schemes are analyzed, and the optimal scheme is obtained. Finally, the proposed method is verified by a modified IEEE-33 bus test system.
