摘要
Mast cells (MCs) activation underlies numerous human diseases associated with type 2 (T2) inflammation, including asthma, food allergy, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), and atopic dermatitis. Heterogeneity in MC protease expression across tissues and diseases states has long been recognized, but the full degree of their diversity is still poorly understood. Here, we use transcriptomics to fully characterize MC and basophil heterogeneity across several experimental murine disease models.
