With the significant increase in the installed capacity of new energy such as wind power and solar energy in China, coal-fired units need to accept the requirements of power grid operation flexibility for in-depth peak shaving. In addition, the power generation and steam parameters of a single boiler have been further improved in recent years. At the same time, affected by the domestic coal price, coal-fired units generally burn low-quality coal. Due to the uneven heat load during boiler combustion and the influence of hydrodynamic factors, the working conditions of power plant boilers are relatively poor. After long-term operation, the boiler heating surface is vulnerable to various types of damage, resulting in pipe explosion and early leakage when the boiler fails to reach the design life, leading to the non-stop of the unit. It not only brings many difficulties to the maintenance personnel of the power plant, but also increases the economic cost of the operation of the power plant. Thermal load, hydrodynamic and thermal deviation, heat transfer deterioration factors (such as pipe oxidation, corrosion and scaling), microstructure and performance evolution factors (such as pipe aging, spheroidization), wear and expansion and other off-line detection data, as well as the monitoring of various life damage of pipes (creep, fatigue, wear, corrosion, etc.), a boiler digital twin system is developed, Through the real-time modeling and analysis of various risk indicators of the pipeline and the accurate mapping of the dynamic state of the pipe in the digital twin space of the boiler, the operation and maintenance personnel can easily perceive the deteriorated parts and defects of the pipeline, understand the deterioration factors of the state of the boiler heating surface, and master the dangerous parts of multiple dense tube bundles of the boiler in advance. Before the equipment risk occurs, Take necessary measures to avoid unit shutdown.
