摘要
•The molecular mechanism of AsA changes in Actinidia eriantha after bagging has been studied for the first time.•Through untargeted metabolomics and RNA-Seq of the A. eriantha ‘Ganlv 1′ fruit after bagging were analyzed to reveal the metabolites changes and the underneath gene expression network changes.•Provide novel insights into the effects of bagging on changes in the intrinsic and appearance quality of A. eriantha fruit.
