摘要
This study found that 42.7% of patients with clinocephaly had SCS. C.I. was the only predictor for SCS and unique suture fusion patterns were identified in those with SCS. This study suggests that clinocephaly should be considered a core component of the exam and work-up for SCS. Future studies aimed at evaluating the positive predictive value of this exam finding and identifying risk factors associated with late-presentation SCS are underway.
