Systematic investigation of the texture evolution of Cu-Ni alloys with different strains

•Shows the different texture evolustion of CuNi alloy with different strain.•The key point is the recrystallized nuclea size and position of cube at 500 °C.•Reveals the different growth rate of the cube and the random after nucleation.
