摘要
With the growth of distributed energy storage system (DESS) connected to the distribution network, reasonable siting and sizing of the DESS have become real issues affecting its further development. This paper proposes a new sequential optimal placement method based on node comprehensive sensitivity coefficient (NCSC) and battery life cycle cost (BLCC), which considers siting and sizing of DESSs from aspects of rationality and economy. Firstly, considering the charge-discharge characteristic of energy storage, the sensitivity on system node voltages and active power loss, a new indicator called NCSC is proposed to measure the optimality of the installation location of DESS. Secondly, a cost-benefit model based on BLCC is established for optimizing the capacity of DESS. On the basis of above research, specific steps of the novel sequential placement strategy are presented. The simulation on IEEE33 bus system verified the validity of the proposed optimization method; the analysis shows it can effectively improve rationality and economy of DESSs.
