Observation of clusters and aggregates in salt-concentrated fluorine-free electrolytes by small-angle X-ray scattering. The solution structure of concentrated electrolyte has a two-peak feature in the middle-q range and higher intensities in the low-q range, which is caused by the transformation of solvent separated ion pair to contact ion pairs in the electrolytes.
