摘要

•Isomers E/Z and tautomers (keto/enol) species were found for isatin-hydrazone derivatives.•NMR analyses and DFT calculations indicate that the Z-keto forms is the most stable species in DMSO.•At concentrate solutions, isahim and isahpy can self-aggregate regardless of the solvent.
