Double charge polarity switching in Sb-doped SnSe for enhanced thermo-electric power generation

摘要
•SnSe and SnSe/Sb were synthesized by vacuum melting followed by ball milling process.•Total thermal conductivity for Sb substituted (10 wt%) samples reaches 0.55 W/mK at 600 K owing to the formation of distinct grain boundaries.•Seebeck coefficient analysis discloses double charge polarity switching in Sb substituted samples.
