摘要
Microglia-mediated neuroinflammation is one of the major pathogenesis of Parkinson's Disease (PD). Evidences suggest that formyl peptide receptors (FPRs), a family of transmembrane chemoattractant receptors, are implicated in the activation of microglia into the pro-inflammatory subtype. The present study investigated the mechanism and neuroprotective effect of dipeptide N-(N-benzoyl-L-tryptophanyl)-D-phenylanlanine methyl ester (HCH6-1), an inhibitor of FPR, in a neuroinflammation model of PD.
