Zwitter-ionic monolith-based spintip column coupled with Evosep One liquid chromatography for high-throughput proteomic analysis

•The zwitter-ionic monolith-based spintips (ZIM-Tips) were synthesized.•ZIM-Tips serve as integrated sample preparation processors and seamlessly match the Evosep One liquid chromatography system.•Highly efficient sample preparation can be realized on the ZIM-Tips in 2 h with minimal sample loss.•Robust high-throughput proteome profiling with in-depth proteome coverage of limited clinical samples can be achieved.
