Radiomics analysis based on multiple parameters MR imaging in the spine: Predicting treatment response of osteolytic bone metastases to chemotherapy in breast cancer patients

•The mean values of ADC, DDC, and D values before treatment were significantly higher in non-PD group than those in PD group.•Radiomics ananlysis based on ADCall and FS-T2WI could predict treatment response of bone metastases.•The performance of radiomics model for predicting treatment response was higher than that of DWI parameters.
