摘要

•1448 B thuringiensis isolates were used of were isolated.•The isolated are from several biome, from Cerrado, Caatinga, and amazon.•33 (2.3%) exhibited amplification for the cyt1Aa gene.•The cyt1Aa is highly conserved and no base variation was found.
