摘要
Patients with American Association for the Surgery of Trauma grade III blunt renal injuries are not at increased risk for early renal-related complications if discharged within 48 hours of admission and should be considered for early discharge. The very low rate of renal-related complications for AAST III blunt renal injuries supports their categorization as "low-grade" renal trauma.
