Abstract
肝性脊髓病为临床少见病,多发生于伴有门-体分流的终末期肝病患者,致残率高,治疗难度大.钱英教授在肝性脊髓病治疗方面有丰富的临床经验,对本病的病因病机提出了新的认识,即"瘀、毒、虚、损"共同作用导致"肝-肾-髓-脑"轴受损,并提出了滋补肝肾、酸甘柔筋、活血通络、清热通腑、通补奇经的综合治法.同时,对本病的针灸治疗也形成了独特的经验.
