Meta‐analytic Comparison of Risk Factors for Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease Between Hispanic and Non‐hispanic White Subjects
Alzheimer's & dementia(2021)
摘要
Hispanic subjects have been found to have a higher risk for developing mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) compared to non‐Hispanic white (NHW) subjects. In addition, having one or two copies of the APOEe4 risk allele, prior stroke, and a history of hypertension have also been shown to be risk factors for developing MCI or AD.
