HTAPP_Test protocol_Dissociation of primary neuroblastoma core needle biopsy to a single-cell suspension for single-cell RNA-seq (using collagenase 4) v1

This protocol was used as part of the Human Tumor Atlas Pilot Project’s (HTAPP) efforts to establish a working protocol for the dissociation of human neuroblastoma samples to a single-cell suspension compatible with droplet-based single-cell RNA-Seq technology. It is a testing protocol and we do not recommended using it for the intended purpose. Instead, for processing human neuroblastoma tumors, we recommend using the papain-based protocol established by Patel et al.
