: This work was developed with the purpose to study analytical and experimental methods applied in the feld of rotor balancing. Through the manipulating of tool GUIDE present in the software MATLAB ® , was purposed the elaboration of graphics interfaces to help in the implementation of classics and vibration analysis methods. In the feld of vibration analysis, The Infuence Coefcient Method, that is based on experimental obtaining of the Rotor Transfer Function. The input values of this Mathematical Model are the experimental acquisition of amplitude and phase related to rotor vibration response, which comes from acquired signal treatment, being necessary a vibration transducer, where accelerometers were employed, and a rotation sensor, where a laser tachometer was employed. The correction balancing values obtained through these models were compared to the values showed by the software included in the rotor balancing commercial bench, which is located in the Vibration, Acoustic and Control Laboratory of the Mechanical Engineering course, belonging to the Federal University of Triangulo Mineiro. Through this work, it was possible to realize an efcient with both mathematical models’ application, based on balancing quality verifcation through the following parameters: ISO 21940-11:2016 norm and residual vibrations.
