Abstract
对含有平面缺陷压力管道安全评定的准确性直接影响生产企业的安全性和经济效益.本文依据GB/T19624-201《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》并基于有限元法对某厂家提供的某一特定含未焊透缺陷压力管道进行安全评定.研究结果表明:含未焊透缺陷的压力管道依据GB/T19624-2019评定结果满足安全性要求;有限元分析结果发现其最大的Von Mises应力值发生在缺陷处,其值仅为24.98MPa,远小于材料的屈服极限245MPa;同时,所选择的路径满足评定要求;认为该含未焊透缺陷的压力管道满足安全性要求.上述研究为含未焊透缺陷压力管道的安全评定提供参考依据.
