摘要
Percutaneous coronary intervention is increasingly being completed in complex patients and lesions. Orbital atherectomy (OA) has been shown to be an effective and safe treatment for severely calcified coronary lesions to facilitate stent placement and expansion. However, there is a dearth of evidence on the use of OA in severely calcified ostial lesions. This retrospective study evaluated the feasibility and safety of OA for the treatment of severely calcified ostial coronary lesions.
