Model robustness in estimation of blueberry SSC using NIRS

•A combined model correction strategy was proposed.•The Global-modeling and calibration transfer methods were respectively applied to the different cases.•DOP and SBC methods were used to correct the spectral space and prediction results of the model, respectively.•The combined model correction strategy improved the accuracy of NIR models in blueberry SSC estimation.
