摘要
Median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS) causing compression of the celiac artery can be found as an incidental finding on imaging studies. Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a syndrome of autonomic dysfunction that can be associated with the finding of MALS. The objective of this study was to determine whether celiac artery compression by MALS is contributory to the pathophysiology of POTS in such patients.
