摘要
Dorsal root ganglion(DRG) stimulation has become an established part of neuromodulation for chronic pain but it is based on tonic stimulation (1). Burst stimulation is a non-parasthesia based stimulation that may offer better efficacy and tolerability at the DRG. We present a single center study comparing two forms of electrical stimulation: sub-sensory burst Monopolar stimulation (DRG-Burst3D) and standard low frequency Monopolar stimulation (DRG-LF) at the DRG of subjects diagnosed with refractory focal neuropathic pain.
