摘要

•The use of PDA and TiO2 to modify a commercial PVDF membrane was successful.•For TiO2-modified membranes, a small peak could be attributed to TiO2 presence.•A 2.3-fold increase in water flux was obtained at the 1.0% of TiO2 incorporation.
